ZEISS expands photochromic lens range with new colour in Italy

Two years after the launch of PhotoFusion X, the ZEISS range of photochromic lenses based on a technology which was completely reinvented compared to the previous PhotoFusion range, expands with a new colour being added.
Partnering Optical Centers now have the opportunity to offer their customers a Black version: this darker colour, which is always fashionable, has been added to be in line with the trends of the moment. The black lens is added to a colour range that currently includes Brown, Grey, Extra Grey, Pioneer and Blue.
In addition to the colours, the distinctive advantage of the ZEISS PhotoFusion X range undoubtedly lies in its technical characteristics: since its launch, the range has been characterised by its high transition speed from light to dark and vice versa, which is made possible by the innovative matrix structure and fast-reacting dye cells, the result of years of research and development in the ZEISS laboratories, the company states.
The new colour has been announced in Italy and will be available from 6th May 2024.
