THÉLIOS announces acquisition of eyewear brand, VUARNET
Thélios has announced that it has acquired the French eyewear brand, Vuarnet from NEO Investment Partners. The deal represents the first brand acquisition by Thélios. The company stated that it is an important milestone in the growth of the eyewear division of French luxury house, LVMH, and that it intends to further expand its presence in luxury eyewear through its own brands.
In the press statement, the company communicated that with its unique positioning between outdoor and fashion, Vuarnet fits perfectly into the Thélios portfolio which includes numerous luxury Maisons of the LVMH Group. Thélios intends to restore the brand to its former glory, allowing Vuarnet to further elevate the quality of its products and push the boundaries of innovation.
