SILHOUETTE Group has appointed Christian Bachler as CEO

Silhouette Group has appointed Christian Bachler as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman of the Executive Board, effective 13th April 2026. With Christian Bachler, Silhouette Group states that it gains an internationally experienced leader with a proven track record in the consumer goods and lifestyle industry. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President at Fiskars Group, where he led the global Vita business area with revenues of approximately €650 million and around 2,500 employees. In this role, he managed a portfolio of renowned premium and luxury brands and drove their strategic and operational development across key markets in the United States, Europe and Asia.
Bachler brings more than 20 years of international management experience and has extensive expertise in brand management, portfolio strategy, and operational excellence. Previous leadership roles at Swarovski, particularly in product, design, and marketing, underline his consistent focus on brand and customer-centricity.
Current CEO Reinhard Mahr will continue to support the company as CFO until his planned retirement, ensuring a structured and seamless transition. “With Christian Bachler, we are appointing a CEO who will further develop our brands, drive growth, and consistently execute transformation—exactly the kind of leader we need for the next phase of our development,” said the Supervisory Board.
