RAY-BAN sponsors Met Gala after-party

RAY-BAN has shared highlights from THE AFTER 2024, an extravagant Met Gala after-party hosted by Doja Cat, Guram Gvasalia, Serena Williams, Janelle Monae, Teyana Taylor and Rita Ora. The event, organized by Richie Akiva, took place on 6th May at Casa Cipriani, where the location was transformed into a nocturnal garden representing good and evil. Ray-Ban was a sponsor of the party, which had an impressive list of guests, including Lana Del Rey, SZA, Lizzo, Jaden Smith, Sam Smith, FKA Twigs, Odell Beckham, Joan Smalls, Evan Mock and Camila Cabello.
All the participants at the event wore refined clothing inspired by the theme “The Garden of Time”. Among the attendee were the President of Ray-Ban Leonardo Maria Del Vecchio and his girlfriend, the model and actress Jessica Serfaty, as well as Emily Ratajkowski, Ivy Getty, Gabrielle Union, Lewis Hamilton, Winnie Harlow, Jodie Turner Smith, Dwayne Wade, Dove Cameron and many others. Guests had the opportunity to try on Ray-Ban Reverse sunglasses, with “The After” engraved on the lenses, and take selfies against a beautiful floral backdrop.
Music at the event was provided by DJs Kaytranada and Hank, who played songs by SZA, Cardi B, Usher and more. Celebrities such as Lil Nas X, Baz Luhrmann, Cynthia Erivo, Lena Waithe and Moses Sumney were seen on the dance floor.
