Oakley has collaborated with Kiko Kostadinov, presenting exclusive eyewear for the catwalk during the brand’s AW26 womenswear show. Shot by Laura and Deanna Fanning at Paris Fashion Week, the custom frames feature feather- and wood-inspired motifs and Prizm™ lenses. On the runway, Oakley and Kiko Kostadinov showcased several reinterpretations of the Oakley Ellipse model, aligned with the collection’s palette and material execution, along with a unique prototype developed specifically for the womenswear show. Conceived within Moonbase1, Oakley’s innovation laboratory dedicated to advancing radical product concepts and defining the brand’s future design vision, the designs shown on the runway featured distinctive shapes and amplified proportions, in looks that that extend traditional eyewear archetypes. Handcrafted in California and 3D printed in Oakley’s in-house lab, the frames represent “an uncompromising exploration of materials, proportions and possibilities, reinforcing Oakley’s position at the forefront of design innovation”.
