- November 20, 2023
MIDO, the international eyewear show where the world of optics meets each year in Spring, invites attendees to register at MIDO REGISTRATION.
Always positioned to be “one step ahead” and to offer its visitors the latest news in the optical field, MIDO is also designed to supply the tools to interpret the future developments.
For 2024, Mido will occupy 7 halls, instead of the 6 of the last edition. According to the organisers, there will be a great selection of new products and novelties of all kinds. The show will be entertaining with a rich schedule of events and awards.
The OTTICLUB, is the industry meeting place that MIDO dedicates to information and education, a congress hall for seminars, workshops, presentations, events and conferences on vision and the optical sector for those who do not want to miss out on the latest news. It is where digitization, new social media, new tools designed for business will be discussed, not last, the vast and controversial topic of A.I. – a rich program of lectures and workshops from which visitors can draw valuable inspiration for their daily work as opticians. This program is designed to bring innovation to opticians, making the topic easy to understand and reach.
Sustainability is also a key topic at the fair. MIDO 2024 will see the presentation of the Certified Sustainable Eyewear certification program, which makes it possible to certify the sustainable process behind every single project and product.
It is a tool designed for all companies that care about the ethics and transparency of their products and the supply chain. MIDO is dedicating 2 awards to sustainability, the Certified Sustainable Eyewear (CSE) Award, to which all MIDO exhibitors can register within 27th November here: CSE AWARDS, submitting a pair of sunglasses, frames or cases, and the Stand Up For Green award here: STAND UP FOR GREEN AWARD, an award for the most sustainable stand and whose registration will close on 15th January.
