Maui Jim is debuting an exclusive 40m2 pop-up space in Barcelona to showcase its eyewear icons and the new sunglasses from Collection ‘Ekahi. Located in the prestigious Marina Port Vell, alongside exclusive boutiques, the new dedicated Maui Jim area, set in collaboration with Optica Universitaria, will remain open throughout the 37th America’s Cup – known as the pinnacle of international sailing competitions.
Inspired by the thrill of water sports, Maui Jim has chosen the superyacht marina as the perfect hub for cool, open-air experiences. Visitors will be able to immerse themselves in the brand’s joyful spirit, with interiors that recreates Hawaiian beaches and sunsets using surfboard-style wooden shelfs, gradient plexiglass walls and coconut fibre carpeting. Here, it will be possible to discover the PolarizedPlus2 technology which features in Maui Jim sunglasses.
