LOZZA reinterprets an Italian icon

In celebration of the Winter Olympics 2026, taking place in Cortina d’Ampezzo, De Rigo Vision S.p.A. unveils Zilo Cortina, by Lozza, reinterpreting the brand’s iconic eyewear in a contemporary key. Two limited edition models are born from the meeting of the oldest artisanal skill in Italian eyewear and the timeless allure of Cortina d’Ampezzo, a style icon itself – and glamorous Alpine destination. The link between Lozza and Cortina is a natural one, says the company.  The heritage of the Lozza brand – founded in Cadore in 1878 –merges with the refined spirit of the mountains, giving life to a design that is presented with style and authenticity. In its history, the undisputed star of the Lozza collection was Zilo, a frame created in the 1930s that returns today as a manifesto of refined elegance, designed for those who experience the mountains with class. The two models in the limited-edition release combine vintage aesthetics with contemporary functionality. Both are distinguished by premium materials, clean lines, and unique details – from the Cortina logo to the squirrel, symbol of the town, engraved on the frame – as well as dedicated packaging inspired by the vintage mood of the past. This edition will be available in Italy from the end of November 2025 in selected opticians.
