For the 63rd Edition of Salone del Mobile in Milan, the Kuboraum Innerraum Milan Gallery is pleased to unveil SPAJK — a singular coffee table born from the creative synergy of Studio Martello, a project by architect Andrea Eusebi and artist Iva Drekalovic.
According to a description by the company, SPAJK asserts itself as a sculptural presence: its handcrafted ceramic base, shaped in a single fluid gesture, undergoes an extended firing process that seals a metallic glaze with alchemical depth. Four tubular steel legs — precision-cut and seemingly piercing through the ceramic mass — rest lightly on nylon pads, creating a dynamic contrast between force and levity, rawness and refinement.
Housed within Domenico Romeo’s black metal sculpture, the works engage in a dialogue, deepening the conversation between material, form, and gesture.
The Kuboraum Innerraum Milan Gallery is located at Via Bigli, 24.
