HILX Eyewear announces its entry into the mountaineering protection category with the launch of Oracle, the brand’s first alpine-performance sunglasses. Designed for high-altitude environments and the most demanding mountain conditions, the new Oracle frame combines advanced technical construction with a refined, modern aesthetic inspired by alpine landscapes. The model features a lightweight TR90 frame, engineered for flexibility and resilience in extreme conditions. It is equipped with modular side shields for enhanced protection against wind and glare, as well as a removable nose guard to provide additional sun protection during outdoor and alpine activities. Model Oracle is equipped with Category 4 black mirror alpine lenses, delivering maximum light filtration for high-elevation environments, while ensuring optimal visual clarity and contrast in challenging conditions such as snow glare and whiteouts, according to HILX Eyewear. Customizable nose pads provide a secure, adaptive fit, ensuring stability during intense movement across ridgelines and technical terrain. Each pair also includes an additional set of Category 3 brown polarized lenses.
