GIGI STUDIOS marks 10 years

GIGI Studios is celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2026. Over the past decade, the Barcelona-based brand states that it has established itself as a reference in contemporary eyewear, driven by a deeply fashion-led vision, a family heritage of more than 60 years in the eyewear sector, and a constant commitment to design, craftsmanship and creativity. “Ten years is not something you celebrate every day,” says Patricia Ramo, CEO of GIGI Studios. “Looking back, all I can feel is gratitude for everyone who has joined us throughout this journey: our team, collaborators, clients, friends… Celebrating this milestone is the result of many talents coming together.”
Rooted in Barcelona, the brand draws on know-how passed down through several generations, while developing, it says, a distinctive and resolutely contemporary creative language. Collection after collection, GIGI Studios has refined its identity, explored new shapes, materials and finishes, and established a recognizable aesthetic at the crossroads of artisanal precision, innovation and elegance. According to the company, a defining expression of this evolution is the VANGUARD collection, the DNA of which has become central to the creative strength of GIGI Studios. Through this line, the brand has introduced distinctive, trend-defining designs that embody a commitment to creativity, craftsmanship and attention to detail.

“Since the beginning, we have continuously refined our identity, our design language and our positioning, always guided by a strong fashion-driven vision and by the pursuit of an elegant, elevated brand image,” adds Patricia Ramo. In ten years, GIGI Studios has strengthened its international presence. Now present in more than 50 countries, the brand works with over 5,500 clients and has a direct sales force in 17 markets, including France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States. This expansion is supported by an increasingly defined image, shaped by campaigns, international events and collaborations, such as the “Raw” campaign starring Erin Wasson, as well as the brand’s annual appearances at SILMO Paris and during Paris Fashion Week. The growth of GIGI Studios is also embodied in its new headquarters, designed by architect Isern Serra, bright and timeless space, conceived as a place for creation, collaboration and connection, where projects, ideas and collections take shape. “More than ever, these ten years fuel our desire to keep creating, imagining, pushing ourselves further and dreaming of the projects ahead,” Ramo added in the press statement. “Because if there is one thing we know for sure, it is that the most exciting chapter is still waiting to be written.”
