FACE À FACE moves into 'new dimension'

FACE À FACE is celebrating 30 years of creation by stepping into a new dimension: 3.0. True to the brand’s original spirit, it merges heritage and innovation at the heart of an entirely new collection. The line feels bolder and freer, and explores, according to the press announcement, “frictions between retro and the future”.

A blend of concepts in the collection are described as shaping a new vision. The festivities for the anniversary begin with the FACES sunglasses—a style described as iconic, geometric and sculptural, where colour and form becomes one. Two letter ‘Fs’ face each other representing the F of Fundamentals and the F of the Future. 

For the optical collection, every model name begins with the signature letter: Follow, Flicker, Framed, Fold, and Forest. This collection is also bolder, freer, and more expressive—with each frame representing a brand-new horizon.

Through the letter F – as it also stands for France, FACE À FACE is celebrating the brand’s OFG, known as the Origine France Garantie in French, or ‘French origin certification’. The French origin of the frames has now been officially certified.
