Stefano Scauzillo – CEO of Essequadro Group – has announced the acquisition of 100% of the Italian company Kyme s.r.l. and eponymous brand KYME.
At SILMO Paris, Essequadro also signed new international collaborations for the KYME brand with new partnerships that open the markets of France, Cyprus, Saudi Arabia, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, as well as marking the start of new distribution relationships in Mexico, Russia and Australia.
Thanks to the acquisition of Kyme s.r.l., the Essequadro Group (which closed 2023 with revenues of 7.8 million) aims to close 2024 with a total revenue of around 10 million euros, says Scauzillo.
“This new operation is part of a strategic development project for Essequadro – which already boasts significant growth potential – towards an expansion in the European and international markets”, he said.
The acquisition of KYME “is a great growth opportunity for Essequadro also guaranteed by the synergy and exchange of know-how relationships already present with the other companies of the group, all successful expressions of Made in Italy with different characteristics and styles”.
For Essequadro, this is described as “yet another step on a winning path destined to continue, after the purchase in 2019 of the JPLUS brand”.
