The French company Brett has won a RED DOT Design Award for its QSTOM concept. Launched 6 months ago in France and further afield, the product offers a customisation opportunity for the wearer. The frame has a double rim located on the acetate clip to hold the lens and maintain the titanium rim – a patented system making an easy way to change the clip. The aim was to achieve a new innovative mode of customisation suited to the high-end eyewear market. The QSTOM system offers the wearer a choice of three different colored optical clips and four different sun clip colours for one frame, ensuring the customer can customise their look to suit their clothing and activities throughout the day. All QSTOM frames are made in lightweight pure titanium with polarised sun lenses that are treated with the AQUADURA VISION PRO treatment from the German manufacturer LEICA EYECARE.
