Distinctive design and details at OFF-WHITE

The new Off-White collection, developed in New Guards Group’s new design workshops and creative hubs in Milan, has absorbed and transformed the heritage of Italian craftsmanship from a contemporary global perspective on design and trends to create a coherent extension of the Off-White ready-to-wear aesthetic into the world of eyewear.

Since April 2022, Ibrahim Kamara has been appointed as new art and image director of the label. He continues the evolution of Off-White, refining it in his own signature style and contributing to the development of the eyewear segment. According to the company, the brand retains its outsider identity and consolidates its position at the forefront of luxury fashion.

The Spring/Summer 2024 eyewear line is a testament to the new era of the house’s contemporary collections; an overarching aesthetic approach characterises the key models, while the carry-overs are evergreen staples offered every season, keeping the brand’s roots alive.

The colour palette combines timeless shades such as jet black or a rich havana with fresher tones: sage green, sandy beige, bold white, midnight blue and lunar grey, two reaffirmations of the off-white colour spectrum.

All Off-White sunglasses are made in Italy in acetate, metal or a combination of the two; the logos are always present: “off”, lasered or engraved; 3d metal foil lettering; a reinvention of the iconic industrial ivy leaf arrow in an elevated, simplified and distinguished way; and a new distinctive signature, the infamous brand quotation marks that adorn the front of the frames and state the obvious, a dainty detail designed to be instantly identifiable.
