Collaboration continues: HIDEO KOJIMA x J.F. REY

J.F. REY and Japanese video game creator HIDEO KOJIMA have unveiled their latest collaboration, HIDEO KOJIMA X J.F. REY, described as a collection born of a “long-standing creative partnership that reflects their mutual admiration and shared vision of innovation and excellence”.
This new collection, designed by the J.F. REY design studio, under the artistic direction of HIDEO KOJIMA, offers seven unique models, including optical styles, sunglasses and gaming glasses.
The designs combine KOJIMA’s futuristic and technological world with J.F. REY’S elegance and craftsmanship. They reflect HIDEO KOJIMA’s well-known perfectionism, his love for technology and attention to detail, which are omnipresent in his work, the eyewear company explains.
Divided into three series, Iconics, Carbon Inside and Polarized, the frames all combine aesthetics, high-quality materials, and ergonomic comfort, embodying the distinctive style and innovative spirit that characterize the designer. Highlights include Iconics, featuring sophisticated acetate colours and titanium and stainless-steel components.
