CHOPARD announces luxury sunglass designs

Chopard has extended its eyewear offer for 2026 with two new sunglass models.  Model SCHM61S is described as limited-edition “Red Carpet” metal sunglasses, created for the 2026 Cannes Film Festival. Produced in a limited edition of 499 numbered pieces, each piece is engraved on the inside of the temple, and embodies “the excellence and savoir-faire of Chopard fine jewelry”. The design stands out for the elegant geometric lines of the front and the precious 23-karat gold plating, which enhances every detail. The front is enriched with a refined floral motif embellished with 96 high-quality zirconia stones, characterized by different cuts and shapes that create a sophisticated effect. The zirconia stones set along the edge of the lenses feature a teardrop cut, a direct reference to the diamond cuts featured in Chopard’s iconic jewelry, lending the sunglasses a timeless elegance.

The sunglasses model SCHM39 is a wraparound rimless style, a symbol of dynamic elegance that reinterprets the iconic language of the “Classic Racing” collection from Chopard with a modern twist. The lenses, in a refined bronze tone, blend with a streamlined bridge and ergonomic nose pads, designed to offer maximum lightness and impeccable comfort in any situation. The temples, enriched with titanium inserts, evoke the precision and excellence of high-end mechanics, a hallmark of the collection. The aerodynamic profile gives the model a sporty yet sophisticated character, a true expression of the brand’s DNA.

Chopard Eyewear is produced by De Rigo Vision.
