Following the success of The Duke, BRETT Eyewear announces the launch of The RX Duke. A design that is described as having a radical DNA, the new prescription-ready product is conceived for speed lovers, snow sports enthusiasts, and free spirits. A statement of boldness, The RX Duke retains the identity that made the original model successful, from the retro-sport styling, to the direct inspiration from the automotive world. THE RX Duke combines an acetate front with ultra-thin 304 stainless steel temples, featuring a spatula-style tip specially designed to fit under a motorcycle or ski helmet. The frame also adopts the signature codes of BRETT Eyewear’s Streamline collection with its exposed bevels, bold lines, taut volumes, and a resolutely avant-garde aesthetic. The RX Duke is fitted with quality Divel Rx-lenses, compatible with optical mounting, and featuring a blue anti-reflective coating and a hard coating for optimal durability. The frame can be fitted with Category 3 polarized lenses for maximum protection in strong sunlight or Category 0 lenses for low-light conditions, ideal for overcast or night-time use. The model comes in three different colourways of Matte black with silver temples, and yellow Category 0 lenses; Glossy khaki with matte finish on the top bar, mirrored bronze Category 3 polarized lenses; or Glossy dark green with matte finish on the top bar, copper temples, and green gradient lenses. The lens tints have been specially developed to match the acetate perfectly.
