BRETT Eyewear has announced its official partnership with Le Mans Classic for the next three years. The collaboration is described as being born from a shared passion for timeless icons, mechanical heritage, and the spirit of freedom. To celebrate the alliance, BRETT Eyewear has created an exclusive edition inspired by Le Mans Classic Legend, where elegance, performance, and heritage come together. This new edition pays tribute to the iconic racing cars of the 1970s through the 2010s, from the turbo era to legendary prototypes and GT machines. Through a distinctive art direction, both contemporary and inspired by the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s, Le Mans Classic Legend shines a spotlight on a generation of vehicles that have become true cultural references as machines that shaped the collective imagination, pushed the boundaries of performance, and embodied the spirit of innovation of their time. Since its creation, BRETT Eyewear has drawn its inspiration from the world of those who have left a lasting mark on their era. Following its partnership with Peter Auto, launched in 2023 and renewed through 2025, BRETT Eyewear unveils, for this first year of collaboration with Le Mans Classic, an exclusive reinterpretation of one of its models. The LE MANS CLASSIC 2026 frame thus draws on the distinctive features of the iconic THE DUKE SUN model. Inspired by the sporty and sophisticated aesthetic of the 1980s, it embraces the visual codes of the new Le Mans Classic Legend identity. Its deep blue hue evokes the iconic bodywork of endurance racing’s golden age, while its metallic finishes pay tribute to the mechanical universe that lies at the heart of the brand’s DNA. The frame combines an acetate front with stainless steel temples, delivering lightness, comfort, and precision. The design is complemented by a blue gradient sun lens, enhancing its dynamic and contemporary character.
