BRETT EYEWEAR has expanded its universe with Midnight Blue (C38), a new colour that perfectly embodies the brand’s vision: a discreet, precise and timeless elegance, designed for men who value detail and mastery. Described as “far more than a colour”, Midnight Blue is the result of advanced technical research. This deep, dark and dense blue is achieved through a high-precision PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) treatment, a technology borrowed from cutting-edge industries such as aerospace, watchmaking and the medical sector. Chosen for its resistance and chromatic stability, the PVD process enables a molecular fusion between the coating and the titanium, ensuring exceptional colour intensity, perfect homogeneity and outstanding durability over time. Unlike traditional surface treatments, PVD gives Midnight Blue a unique depth, capable of capturing light while maintaining sobriety. Each reflection, each subtle variation in shade reveals the complexity of the process and the technical mastery of materials.
This new colour finds its full expression in Brett’s ED frame, an emblematic piece from the Streamline collection. Inherited from the early 20th-century aeronautical industry, the Streamline movement introduced an aesthetic shaped by speed, fluidity and efficiency. The ED frame is crafted from monobloc titanium, machined with visible chamfers that highlight the precision of the material work and the purity of the lines.
