BLACKFIN’s Black Edition combines tech and luxury

The Black Edition series has been created to offer an exclusive selection of frames, presented with a sophisticated and luxurious appearance, marrying science and fine craft. The Edition is produced using Blackfin’s signature Nano-Plating process, a coloring technique, that gives the frames a polished effect “designed to last a lifetime” says the company.
Precious metals are vaporized and then deposited, atom by atom, onto the surface of the frames, creating a coating that is thin and durable and aesthetically elegant. This season, the Black Edition also offers a wide choice of colours in its palette, with black and gold highlights, two signature tones of the Italian brand.
