BLACKFIN confirms new UK/Ireland partnerships

Blackfin has announced what it describes as “a significant evolution in its business strategy in the United Kingdom and Ireland”.

From 1st January 2024, the commercial development has been entrusted to Simon Gavin Hoare and Graham Lewis-Dale, two experienced Executive Accounts with backgrounds in the independent high-end eyewear segment. They will operate exclusively for Blackfin, covering the entire territory of the United Kingdom and Ireland.

According to the company, this region plays a central role in Blackfin’s growth, and the opportunity to work with dedicated executive accounts reflects the company’s commercial investments strategy in the most strategic markets. With their skills in training and customer assessment, Hoare and Lewis-Dale will become the point of reference for all opticians, acting as true ambassadors, sharing Blackfin’s values and ensuring the highest standards of training.

Nicola Del Din, CEO of Blackfin, commented: “We are truly delighted to begin this collaboration with Simon Gavin and Graham, two highly experienced professionals who have joined the Blackfin project with genuine enthusiasm, appreciating not only the quality of our products but also aligning with the mood and values that have always defined our company. The UK is a market that shares a strong affinity with the style of our products, and we are confident that we can further strengthen our relationship with opticians and expand our contacts. I will be present at 100% Optical in London, and I look forward to meeting our customers in person and gathering their feedback on our new collections.”
