Joint venture announced

Shamir Optical and Union Optic have formed a new joint venture with a view to offering new business opportunities in the optical market. As part of this joint venture, Shamir and Union Optic intend to share their financial and technological resources so as to leverage the best of both companies and provide best-in-class products and services to the region. Union Optic will be offering a broad range of lens products designed by Shamir. They continue to operate from their present premises and manufacturing facilities and will continue to provide a premium product portfolio which is developed to comprehensively address any all customers’ needs.
