ZOOBUG LONDON makes debut at London Fashion Week with kid’s fashion brand Isossy Children

September 2017 The kids eyewear brand ZOOBUG LONDON previewed its SS18 sunglasses collection this weekend as part of the Isossy Children catwalk event in Kensington in London – the only children’s fashion event taking place during London Fashion Week.

Created by Amanda Rabor in 2010, Isossy Children is a celebration of vivacity, global influences and colour with a focus on choice, style and design.

ZOOBUG LONDON was selected as the brand’s unique sunglasses partner for the House of Ikons collective designers event, which takes place in the elegant Millennium Gloucester Hotel.
ZOOBUG’s SS18 collection was worn by an incredible team of young models on the catwalk – among them rising stars, mini bloggers and influencers, including Tilly Chapman, Chloe Lamport-Crichton, Maddison Rayne, Farouk James and KingChe. The models were provided by agencies such as Kids London and Zebedee Management and styled by Yvadney Davis.
With their cool statement-making shapes and colours, the sunglasses were a perfect fit with Isossy’s Global Traveller Collection SS18. 

“For ZOOBUG LONDON, joining forces with Isossy Children for London Fashion Week has been a huge excitement,” says Dr Julie Diem Le, Zoobug’s Creator. 

“The brands fit beautifully together and we relate to Isossy’s tremendous energy and ethos to inspire confidence, individuality and self-belief in children. We hope to see many more kid’s shows like this happening at London’s great #LFW showcase in the future – it’s an incredible opportunity for children to get involved in an exciting high-profile event!”


The first specialist kids eyewear company, Dr Julie Diem Le founded ZOOBUG in 2006 motivated to create safe sunglasses for all children, with effective protection from ultra violet light, excellent, trend-setting design and comfort for infants and children – essentially, an innovative idea to have adult standards of protection in beautifully designed children’s sunglasses. The brand has won numerous awards including the most prestigious international industry award – the Silmo d’Or and the British Junior Design Award for Best Travel Product for Children (2015).
ZOOBUG donates unused frames to ORBIS UK for their sight-saving programmes which provide access to quality eyecare for adults and kids around the world.
