Spanish label Nina Mûr are producing their next collection for release in May 2020, in a design collaboration with opticians and optical partners around the world. The line will consist of five special frames designed through virtual meetings online during the lockdown period and according to guidelines from the brand regarding materials, styling and colours. Those involved are voting on the best designs submitted which will be produced by the Spanish design company from their headquarters in Madrid in the following weeks. “This experience will be an ode to sharing, collaborating and joining forces,” says co-founder Lorena Serrano. “A learning experience with a positive direction, even in these difficult days, and a chance for some fun.” The brand highlights several hashtags for the new project which they are using through social media. They include #OpticiansTogetherAtHome and #thegoodquarantine.
