The inspiration of Dolce & Gabbana and the signature style of Persol come together in a Special Collection of sunglasses and eyeglasses, which is said to “synthesize the DNA of the two Italian brands in an unprecedented way”. In the four proposals - two ophthalmic styles and two sunglasses, available in two different sizes - the minimal style of Persol meets the creativity of the Italian fashion house. The classic D-frame, a characteristic of the front of model 649, is enhanced by transparencies, logo details and colour combinations inspired by signature codes, from Havana to Persol black, from the Zebra pattern to the colorful universe of Dolce & Gabbana. The collection, is presented in a gallery of portraits created by Domenico Dolce together with the creative direction of Stefano Gabbana. The campaign shots portray the new models with a touch of exuberance, taking inspiration from the street, and involving different cosmopolitan young people.
