Following the successful launch of the titanium capsule collection Imaginary Lines, Ørgreen Optics presents its latest campaign imagery. The campaign was photographed by Petra Kleis, and stars Maria Palm and Thilo Muller. Representative of the contrasting lines and contours of the frames and faces, the photographs present 7 ultra-thin titanium styles, in a collection which is a tribute to the creative drive behind the designers’ work and a reminder of the brand ethos, to continue to explore and push its own boundaries. Offering a modern take on classic models, the frames combine fresh and vivid colours conveying the art and balance between colour and design and special antique nuances that are carefully selected to flatter the tones of the skin. Asked to explain the concept, Sahra Lisell, Senior Colourist, told 2020EUROPE: “We discovered that we could go quite far with the colouring because the lines are so thin. Therefore, we discovered that there were actually no limits, but still we chose a soft approach, as we wanted a modern expression. We didn’t want the colour to take over the design so each design is balanced according to the colours that are chosen for the specific design. You will find a mix of the essentials like blacks, browns, and navies; combined with metal plate temples and then we added a little colour to the end tip. As I am an optimist by nature, green is one of my favourite colours. We used one that we call the Miami Ocean Green. The name stands for happiness and optimism and I think it looks refreshing and cool when you put it on.”
