SILHOUETTE
Futura Dot

The latest interpretation of the iconic '70s Futura style at Silhouette is launched in 2022. Futura Dot is a limited edition based on the statement Futura design first created in 1973. The frames’ aesthetic replicates the style it set in motion, combining an unmistakable retro ‘70s look with, as the name suggests, a futuristic style. Four bold colourways, a monochrome Black and White, trend-driven Olive Grove, Nostalgic Brown and deep Atlantic Blue, have all been applied to the striking style to make a statement. The original designs’ oversized shape remains, whilst a dramatic dot has been added above the nose bridge to bring them bang up-to-date. Just 1,964 pairs of the Futura Dot frames are available worldwide with each pair of sunglasses bearing its own serial number on the inside of the shield.
