OKIA, the Hong Kong-based eyewear company has announced, in collaboration with WGSN, the second edition of the “See The Future” Eyewear Summit that will be held at Mido 2019.
Building on the success of the 2018 edition and the feedback from all those who attended, OKIA has followed up on the initiative and launched a new schedule of events with a special focus on green products. This year manufacturers, suppliers, buyers, designers and editors will be invited to the OKIA booth to discover not only key fashion trends for the coming season but also the best innovations for a more sustainable future in the eyewear industry.
 On 23rd and 25th February, the “SS20 Eyewear Key Trends” and “The Sustainable Future of Eyewear” workshops will take place.
The first presentation will focus on seasonal macro trends that are shaping the market, exploring the key drivers that are affecting our daily lives and influencing our purchasing choices into SS20.
On 24th February, before the traditional Press Conference conceived to introduce the trade press to the latest goals reached by OKIA, the “Highlight of Eyewear Summit 2019” workshop will offer a round up of the key ideas in terms of trends and innovations through a highly visual, engaging and to-the-point presentation.
 
All the OKIA 2019 Eyewear Summit events will be held with the exclusive participation of Helen Sac, Director in Asia Pacific for WGSN.
