Autofocus, the Italian arts project supported by Vanni Occhiali, has celebrated its 10th year with a special event at their HQ and showroom in Turin, Italy. The project supports young, emerging artists from across Europe. This year’s prize went to Matteo Pizzolante, an artist and trained sculptor – who works with photography, sculpture and 3d digital modelling. His work is exhibited in the project space in the Vanni showroom from 30th October (6pm) until 2nd December 2018.
“This year we’re celebrating 10 years of Autofocus. We’re also launching a sunglass limited edition to celebrate Turin Art Week and we have produced a book with the story of Autofocus and the images of the works that have won the prize during the past years.”
Vanni’s support of the Autofocus arts project comes from the company’s curiosity and passion for the art world and their desire to have - and maintain - strong links with modern art and creativity. The Autofocus space is located in the Vanni Showroom in Piazza Carlo Emanuele II (Piazza Carlina).
